Description

Considering the demand for computer trained graduates, the college started the P.G.D.C.A in the year 1986 and integrated course B.Sc.B.Ed(CS) in the year 1996. Later it offers B.C.A course from 2020. The B.C.A course has been recognized by AICTE and affiliated to Pondicherry University. The hallmark of the Department is its stable, qualified, experienced and committed team of faculty members.

he department has well established laboratories having modern equipments and licensed software's to enable the students to learn with the fast growing technologies. The BCA syllabus emphasizes the fundamental principles of Computer Science and is updated regularly according to the needs of the industry, in order to enhance the immediate employability of the students.

Admission to BCA is based on merit and without any capitation fee/donations from the time of inception till now. In the department regularly produce university rank holders, achieved the placements from several MNC companies.
